Sarah's estranged father is in Chicago, having a consult with Dr. Charles.

Sarah's father doesn't want her daughter to know about his condition.

Sarah decided to meet with him and he invited her to dinner.

Connor kissed Ava.

Ethan and Natalie worked the night shift.

Ethan and Natalie helped a young homeless girl to give birth.

Sarah's father told her the truth about his condition.

Maggie decided to « act like a doctor » to save the life of a patient, since no ones can enter the building since the lockdown.

Because of what Maggie did, Sharon didn't have to choice to suspend her.

Natalie needs a break from her relationship with Will.

Emily got evicted from her appartment, for not paying as an act of protest.

Emily asked Ethan if she could stay at his place.

Sarah's father told her that he used her and that he didn't want to have anything to do with her.

Maggie's hearing is in the afternoon.

Maggie met up with Sharon and the hospital's lawyer and learned that she acted as a paramedic, not a nurse.

Maggie found out that her paramedic license is expired.

Maggie went to Barry for help with her paramedic license.

Maggie get to the hearing, but the family took for her, so she can come back to work the next day.

Emily invented some people over at her brother's appartment and April found out but didn't tell Ethan about it.

Sarah's father got in in emergency.

Sharon's godson was admitted with one of his friends and it was related to drugs.

Will told Natalie that he slept on another woman's couch after taking a couple drinks and she didn't take it well.

The season started where the finale left us. Sarah's dad collapsed in front of Dr. Charles who doesn't seem to react and Sara approaching.

Sarah and Dr. Charles leads the police to her father's stuff.

New med students are arriving to Med.

Connor is leaving Med.

Natalie says yes to Will's proposal.

Sarah is leaving Med for Baylard.

Natalie isn't as overwhelmed as Will to get married.

Sarah's father is now in jail.

Part II of the Chicago crossover.

Otis got an episode at the hospital.

Jay and Will's father crashed and he became braindead.

To save Stella's life, the doctors have to take one of her lungs, putting her career at risk, since a firefighter cannot be one with only one lung. Kelly is against it.

Only a vent is keeping Jay and Will's father alive. Will wants to turn off the vent, but Jay doesn't want too.

Patrick Halstead's memorial.

Will visited his father's friend who's sick, after the man's son asked him to come and visit.

Connor asked Maggie to join his team, when he goes under surgery.

Patrick's friend who Will took care of him is under investigation and Jay asked him to stop doing what he's doing.

Ethan met Emily's boyfriend (who's old enough to be her dad)

Hank visited Will about Burke.

Feds are now looking Will's way because of what he did to Burke.

Hank is advising Will to become a CI for the Feds.

Will and Natalie have a pre-marital meeting.

Jay didn't stop calling Will about the case against Burke.

Bernie already has a family of his own. A wife and a daughter.

It's Natalie's bachelorette party the same night.

Ethan told his sister, Emily about what she'll do with life, with her boyfriend still in the hospital.

The wedding is in one month.

A man who wanted to get answers for his wife's death has taken Ethan hostage.

Connor's father is now on the hospital's board member.

Connor learned about his father giving money to his program. He also learned that Ava knew about it.

While trying to disarm the man, the toxic matter was release. Starting a code Orange.

Ethan got really sick.

The poison that got release is cyanide.

Will got sick too until he vomitted blood. He's got an ulcear.

Vicki is back and visiting Ethan.

Will is still having pain with his ulcear.

WEDDING.

Burke's sons got to Will, because he isn't feeling so good.

One of Burke's son found the bug that will put in his house.

Jay asked for Connor help, while Will has disappeared.

Jay was about to get shot, by one of Burke's son, when Jay found them and shot him in the back.

Will is brought to the church to ask Natalie that he is brought to protective custody and that he got to go.

There's was a shooting in front of the hospital and April was hit on the arm.

Will can come back to Chicago, since the Burkes are incarcirated.

Will is back.

Will is now caring a gun for protection.

Connor punched his father in the face after Ava told him that he's telling everybody that they slept together the night she asked him for money.

Will isn't going so great and he is the only one who doesn't see it.

The helicopter that Natalie is in, lost an engine and it landed hard.

Will got kicked out and sleep on Jay's couch.

Connor learned that Ava lied to him about his father.

Natalie asked Will to let the gun go, if he wants to come back.

Someone latched into Will's car trunk and took the gun that he told Natalie he get rid off.

One of Ethan's patient had molested one of the male nurse at the hospital.

Monique told the truth to Ethan about his patient.

Ava cut herself while operating an HIV positive patient.

Natalie learned the truth about the gun and gave her engagement ring to Will.

The gun that shot a young man in a convience store is Will's gun.

Someone told the board that Connor's negligeance over a patient killed him. Finally, the board let the thing go, but someone snitched him out.

Connor thinks that the snitch is Ava.

Someone drove right into the Winter Street Fair.

Robyn is back in town for her mother's care.

Will and Jay were walking with Will's dog, when they found a body in the snow. She is alive, Will got her to the hospital.

Robyn's mother is in heart failure. Connor can treat her wih medications. There's an surgery option, but Connor won't do it, even if she accepted it.

Ava heard the conversation between Robyn and Connor. She approached Carolyn, telling her she'll do the surgery.

Connor will finally do the surgery, after he confronted Ava in front of Sharon.

Natalie went to see Philip after he called her because his daughter wasn't well.

The surgery had a little rough patch, but she is well.

Natalie and Philip kissed.

Will is looking for a new appartment.

Carolyn started her treatment.

A car went right through the ER doors, hitting Don, a nurse, who got stuck under.

April slipped under the car to stop the bleeding on Don.

Kelly and Joe were on the call to get Don from under the car.

They were able to get Don out.

Don will make a full recovery.

ÉPISODE 18
The board asked Sharon to make cuts.

Someone called Connor, asking him to not hang up. Robin has been kidnapped.

Dr. Charles called Hank Voight, even if the kidnappers told Connor to call no cops.

One of the board members saw Connor leaves the OR and the hospital, threaning Sharon to fire him.

Adam and Dr. Charles found Connor at the bank. It was a scam. Robin isn't in danger.

Connor told Sharon about what happened.

Connor's dad isn't feeling good. It's heart related.

A young man took hostage the whole ER, because his father's girlfriend doesn't him around and wants to give the baby up.

Connor's dad is in cardiac arrest. He has a heart failure.

The S.W.A.T. killed the young man.

Will and Philip met in the playground at the hospital.

Two girls were admitted to the ER after they took some drugs.

Philip and Natalie are dating for the past 6 weeks.

One of the girls killed herself in her ER room.

Bernie, Emily's boyfriend is back at the hospital

Ethan doesn't understand why Emily is still with Bernie, while he doesn't seem to leave his wife.

Will thinks that one of his patient is a victim of organs traffic.

Connor's dad died from an insuline overdose. It's synthetic, so someone gave it to him.

Sharon thinks that Maggie has breasts cancer.

Agent Lee approached Natalie, since Will doesn't want to leave Chicago. She thinks that maybe he'll listen to her instead.

While talking to Will, in his car, Tim Burke drove into his car, hurting Will and ejecting Natalie.

Started where 4x22 ended.

Will got Natalie to the hospital.

Everybody ran back to the hospital, after Sharon called them.

Kevin met with Ava and Connor, about his father's dead.

Ava put a complaint to HR about Connor.

Philip told Will that he and Natalie are engaged.

Doctor Latham found out that the insuline that was given to Connor's father was contaminated, so it is tracable.

Ava cut her throat in front of Connor.

Natalie woke up to Doctor Abrams, asking her questions.

Natalie has a TBI and can have memory loss.

Ava died on the OR table.

Natalie doesn't remember Philip asking her to marry him.

Connor is leaving Med. He wants to go in an hospital where he will be just another doctor.

Connor asked Sharon to tell the others about him leaving.

Maggie is having her chemo treatment in another hospital, since she doesn't want anybody to know about her cancer.

Power's out.

Natalie's first day back.

The hospital's lawyer doesn't want to protect Natalie.

Natalie told Philip that she doesn't want to marry him. Then Will found out that Philip put the engagement ring on Natalie's finger while she was incouncious.

Natalie wants Will out of her life.

Maggie and Dr. Marcelle are organizing a jambolaya.

Maggie met Ben while in chimio.

April and Dr. Marcelle almost kissed at the party.

Ben has missels.

Noah was attacked on the streets. Citizens got him to Med.

Ben's dying.

Maggie forged Natalie's signature so she can get Ben out of the hospital. She soon realized that she's endangering a lot of people and Ben told her to get him back.

Will has been a doctor for 10 years.

April is getting into a early menopause.

Ethan is leaving for six weeks. He's been called by the military.

Caroline isn't well.

Philip's daughter has an appointment with Natalie.

Natalie is having memory flash.

Natalie met Philip's sister and brother-in-law, with his daughter. He asked them to met him at the hospital, but was gone when they arrived.

Daniel and Cece are hosting a party.

Robin came back to see her mother one last time.

Natalie remembered everything from that night and told Will about it, telling him that she loves him but he pushed her away.

Sam wasn't on the plane, he exchange his flight seat to be on a later flight.

Ethan was named chief of ED. Will isn’t so happy about it.

Daniel's daughter called his dad, because her mother isn't feeling well.

Natalie's patient is being protective of one of her patients, who is a young mother, who just gave birth and the cops wants to get her back in jail. She pushed the cop back to wanting him to get her away from her baby.

Will was not considered for the chief job.
